Wayne based Evolve IP, one of the nation’s fastest growing cloud companies, announced on Tuesday that it has promoted three of its executive leaders, Guy Fardone, Tim Allen and Scott Kinka.
Guy Fardone, a co-founder of Evolve IP who talked to VISTA Today about his experiences as Evolve IP’s Chief Operating Officer in May last year, has been promoted to President while still maintaining his role as Chief Operating Officer.
His added responsibilities include day-to-day leadership as well as the general management of the company.

Fardone, who grew up in South Philadelphia and received his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, served at ATX Communications as Executive Vice President and General Manager prior to joining Evolve IP. During his seventeen years at ATX, Fardone held numerous executive and management positions.
In addition to Fardone, founding partner Tim Allen has been named Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and will be responsible for setting Evolve IP’s direct and indirect sales and marketing initiatives.
Prior to his role at Evolve IP, Allen spent more than two decades at ATX Communications where he served as an executive and ran the company’s national sales organization.

Co-founder, Scott Kinka, has been promoted to Chief Technical and Product Officer. In his new role he will focus on designing the Evolve IP roadmap, leading the company’s product and development teams and working closely with customers and partners to ensure their success.
Previously, Kinka served as the Vice President of Network Services for Broadview Networks and ATX Communications.
The promotions came as a result of a very successful year for Evolve IP. During last year, the company received several national recognitions, such as being added to the Inc. 500|5000 for the third time and being named one of the top private businesses in America by Entrepreneur Magazine.
Evolve IP also acquired A.P.T. Inc., making this its seventh successfully completed acquisition.
“Guy, Tim, Scott and I have been partners together for more than 25 years. They are the top professionals in their field and are rare talents in all respects,” remarked Thomas J. Gravina, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Evolve IP.
“Their individual and collective successes building first class organizations all over the country are true examples of how the best companies in the world are created.”
