Customer Service Lead – Sourced Product Channel

This position coordinates the daily activities of the Retail Team Customer Service Representatives to achieve maximum productivity to meet or exceed operational requirements. He/she will provide direction, motivation, and support, and will also be the liaison for Corporate Purchasing, leading all tasks and thorough follow up with that department.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and the appropriate experience. He/she will have an understanding of Shipping/Delivery Lanes and Freight Rates, and also have excellent communications skills. It is preferred that the candidate have at least six years of customer-service experience in a manufacturing environment, as well as SAP proficiency and experience with Salesforce.com.

Senior Purchasing Analyst

This position will develop and maintain monthly KPI reports for each procurement category, collect and manage data from external and internal resources, and maintain market information for raw materials. He/she will also track and maintain all procurement contracts and update global tracking tools, and develop the database to house contracts and automate transmission of payment terms across businesses to assure all business take advantage of favorable payment terms.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field (programming or analytics), and have three to five years of experience in purchasing or related field. Proficiencies in excel, database programming, and management are preferred. He/she must have good interpersonal skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Data Control Specialist

This position will compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered through Salesforce.com. He/she will manipulate customer backup files using pivot tables and cross-reference files to transform them into workable data that is able to be processed and entered in SAP. The person will also work with the sales team and/or customers on incomplete or incorrect backup to resolve any issues.

The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with one to two years of progressive experience. He/she must have strong communications skills (written and verbal) as well as computer and systems abilities gained through education and experience. The person must demonstrate capability in the following areas: problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
