Senior Analyst CSS Finance – Business Controls

This person will have responsibility for controls and compliance oversight for all Sikorsky Commercial entities and will lead the annual risk assessment process. He/she will be a liaison to external and Corporate internal audit teams, and will provide guidance on accounting and operational matters. This person will ultimately assist in the effort to review for and report on high-risk accounts and transactions, and will assist in the effort to detect fraud or misuse of company assets.

The ideal Senior Analyst will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) and a minimum of five years’ experience in a related field. The candidate should also have solid analytical, communicative, organizational, and time-management skills. Previous audit experience and experience with SAP and Sarbanes Oxley is strongly preferred, as is the ability to work additional hours as required due to deadlines.

Human Resources Client Manager

This person will provide general support for client groups and assist the human-resources manager in implementing policies and procedures. He/she will partner with management to accurately forecast and plan staffing requirements, and facilitate change initiatives through the use of consultation skills. This person will also coach and train supervision on how to manage their employees.

The ideal Human Resources Client Manager will possess either a Bachelor’s Degree with six to ten years of experience in the field, a Master’s Degree with four to seven years of experience, or a Ph.D. with two to four years of experience.
