Accounts Payable Coordinator

This person will process Genesis HealthCare vendor invoices timely and accurately, so that the transactions are recorded properly in the company records and the vendor is paid within terms. He/she will also assist the Internal Audit Department in its reviews, as well as the Accounts Payable supervisor or department director when necessary.

The ideal Accounts Payable Coordinator will be a successful multi-tasker and have one to two years of experience in the field, particularly in a high-volume, computerized environment. He/she should have a general background in customer service.

IS Systems Analyst – System Security Administration

This person will function as the liaison among Genesis HealthCare vendor, customers, and internal/external development areas, and drive the process required to meet business requests and government regulations. He/she will be an active participant in quality-assurance testing of new software releases, and provide senior-analyst-level support for new software selection, configuration, and analytical production issues.

The ideal Systems Analyst will understand the role and impact of software application systems used in the healthcare industry. A college degree in computer science or management information (or proven related work experience) is required. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to handle complex and demanding situations that have deadlines. Preference will be given to those skilled in the industry standard software and tools.

Director of Rehab Systems Customer Service

This person will manage the delivery of Genesis HealthCare call-center IT support for the therapy business and its customers, using the company’s online services. He/she will establish effective support coverage and efficient support processes and services for the Rehab business across the full array of system tools they use to perform their job. This position will also monitor activity of the call center, minimize call abandonment, wait times, and callbacks, while maintaining good first-call resolution.

The ideal candidate will not only be a good leader, but a hands-on contributor. He/she must possess and Bachelor’s Degree in IT, IS, or a related field, and a post-graduate education is preferred. This person will have extensive technical knowledge and experience in distributed, personal, and mobile technologies, and will be proficient with Windows, Mac OS X, and iOS platforms.
