Associate Marketing Director

Egalet seeks an Associate Marketing Director to lead the strategic and tactical development / implementation for ARMYO marketing efforts while collaborating closely with sales, sales leadership, regulatory, analytics and medical for management and promotion of ARMYO.

The Associate Marketing Director must have prior experience and demonstrated success in pharmaceutical marketing, sales, market research and / or analytics, with at least 5 years in marketing and at least a total of 10 years in the industry.

Trade Relations Manager

The Trade Relations Manager at Egalet plays a critical role in the execution of the wholesale and Specialty pharmacy distribution strategy for the company’s products, ensuring that the products are well positioned and patients have seamless access. The Manager will assume full responsibility for the execution of all trade and corporate accounts including managing the pipeline, day to day operations and executing new innovative solutions. There will be responsibility for implementing the Trade promotion, plan strategy, tactics and operating budget for the business and communicating that plan to the broader team.

The ideal Trade Relations Manager candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters Degree and 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience. Prior experience working with wholesale/distributors, sales forces and developing and implementing sales plans are essential skills as are strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize MS Excel to develop forecasts and business analysis.

Market Access Director

The Director of Market Access at Egalet is responsible for the development, implementation and management of business strategies to enhance managed care access of current and future Egalet products through an analytical market-focused approach; provides a strategic vision and acts as a transformational agent of change within the organization; acts as the senior leader for managed care sales and trade strategies; helps ensure proper allocation of resources, ROI measurement for key managed care business initiatives and to improve contracting options/negotiations.

The ideal Market Access Director candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of related experience within the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 5 years of Managed Care is required. A proven track record of personal contributions regarding the managed care strategic planning process, successful strategy execution (with coordination of internal and external resources), and results (growth) is preferred.
