The Exton Region Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the development of its Non-Profit Council. The mission of the council is to enhance and contribute to the quality of life in Exton community by assisting in the growth and development of its Non-Profit Organizations. In addition to providing added benefits to its Non-Profit Organization members, the ERCC Non-Profit Council will promote and facilitate collaboration between the Non-Profits and businesses, provide a strong collective voice in to the community and afford opportunities for fundraising, networking and recruitment.
The council already has plans underway for several events to promote their Non-Profit Organization members. On November 10, Delaware County Community College Exton Campus will host the first ERCC Non-Profit Roundtable which will begin with a short session on board development followed by group discussion and feedback. Other future events include an ERCC Monthly Luncheon spotlighting its Non-Profit Members, a Non-Profit Leadership Summit, a Business Community Volunteer Day and a Non-Profit Fundraiser.
