Business Development Manager

Bentley Systems seeks a talented individual to serve as a Business Development Manager to secure the Regional Sales Organization (RSO) long term profitable growth by developing new business opportunities with existing users and new users in new markets. In this strategic role, the individual will work in close collaboration with innovation and strategy leaders to position Bentley products in the right segments, with the right users and products in order to develop and grow infrastructure software markets. The role includes both identifying revenue generating opportunities for RSO as well as implementing strategic goals for new market/business development in line with RSO growth strategy.

The ideal Business Development Manager candidate will have a Bachelors or MBA degree and 10 or more years of professional experience with at least 5 years of industry/solution with software and technology solutions. In addition a proven track record of success, strong relationship and communication skills, knowledge of SAP’s Business Suite and a willingness to travel up to 20% of the time is required.

Senior Manager – Global Tax

Bentley is looking for a talented Senior Manager – Global Tax.  Reporting to the Global Tax Director, this role will serve as a critical liaison with other members of the tax team, as well as the financial reporting and accounting teams, external advisors and external auditor regarding tax compliance, accounting and effective tax rate issues. Once hired the Tax Manager will be responsible for assisting Global Tax Director with all aspects of worldwide tax matters including, but not limited to, implementation of tax saving strategies, research of complex tax issues that impact profitability, compliance with all US Federal regulatory filings and with international regulatory filings, analysis of tax legislation, accounting for income taxes and interface with business function to provide tax consulting services.

A minimum of 10+ years of professional domestic and international tax income experience with a public accounting firm and/or Multinational Corporation and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related course of study and a CPA certification and/or a MS Taxation, or MBA is preferred.  Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough understanding of international tax provisions of the Internal Revenue Code/Regulations, as well as, Subchapter C. A proven track record in managing a tax team with emphasis on skills in ASC 740 (formerly FAS109) particularly the foreign provision, best-in-practice compliance, successful audit resolution, process engineering and general leadership and project management skills is essential.

Benefits Temp

Bentley Systems is looking to hire a Benefits Temp in their Human Resources department for a  temporary assignment of 25 hours per week for six months. Once hired, the Benefits Temp will be responsible for responding to Bentley colleague’s requests on benefit access and related questions, monitoring Bentley Benefits mailbox and processing claims.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred and/or 2 to 4 years related HR Benefits experience and a knowledge of spreadsheet applications with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are required. Strong numerical skill and familiarity with SAP, MarketLink and Success Factors are a plus.
