Anchored by supermarket chain Wegmans, Brandywine Mills serves up a quick and convenient shopping experience through easy access from the key Chester County intersection of Routes 1 and 202.

The $100 million mall’s uncharacteristic design spreads 30 acres of shopping options out across four separate buildings, with two more buildings set to be finished by January.

“We wanted to break up the appearance of the buildings, wanted multiple end caps and a Starbucks drive-through,” Carlino Commercial Development President Peter Miller said in a Philadelphia Business Journal report.

Wegmans takes the biggest scoop of the space, with 115,000 square feet, accompanied by a 19,500-square-foot building boasting a wine and spirits storefront, Zoe’s restaurant, Sally Beauty and Franklin Credit; and two 6,000-square-foot buildings, one with MOD Pizza and a dentist office and the other with the Starbucks, a Chipotle and the Hair Cuttery.

Still coming are a 40,000-square-foot structure featuring Nemours children’s health center and others still in negotiations, plus another 12,000-square-foot space.
