Hilton is rolling out the “green” carpet to Chester County business travelers and other extended stay guests with the groundbreaking of its freshly re-envisioned Home2 hotel brand in Downingtown.

The innovative $14 million all-suite property will feature an Earth-conscious, pet-friendly and community-minded commitment with 115 stylish rooms equipped with in-suite kitchens, along with 400-plus free breakfast combinations, a patio with grills, a fire pit, a chemical-free saline swimming pool, business workstations, free Wi-Fi, laundry and fitness facilities, and more.

Gulph Creek Development of Wayne just broke ground on the new hotel, which is slated to open in August 2016 at the Ashbridge Commons Center on East Lancaster Avenue near the convenient and high-traffic crossroads of Business Route 30 and Route 30’s bypass.
