CSM to Unveil its New Malvern Facility in October

CSM, the leading clinical trial supply company, will be holding a Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting ceremony for its newly completed facility at 300 Technology Drive in the Great Valley Corporate Center of Malvern on October 15th.

CSM entered into a long-term lease with Liberty Properties Trust  for the 22,500 square feet building and started renovations in April. So far, CSM has invested $1.5M to bring the facility into compliance with Food and Drug Administration standards.

As a result, the new location will offer a plethora of services, including packaging and labeling, temperature-controlled storage, controlled substance handling, global distribution, and high-speed bottling. In addition, CSM anticipates that the new location should create additional employment opportunities for nearby residents over the next three years.

The event will last from 1 p.m. to 7p.m, and will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3 p.m. There will also be hourly tours of the cGMP facility and a variety of prizes up for grabs throughout the event such as an Apple Watch and a Lenovo Tablet.

Attendees already confirmed for the celebration of the new site include CSM’s executive staff, customers, board members, the Chester County Economic Development Council, industry partners, and elected officials.
