Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst (“BSA”) functions as a liaison between Evolve IP’s Software Development team and rest of the organization and is responsible for the maintenance and continued development of Evolve IP’s business support systems (ConnectWise, IBM Tivoli applications, etc.). Working directly with key stakeholders within each Functional Area, the BSA will document their requirements and work with Software Development to prioritize using an Agile framework and will provide any additional detail or clarifications needed. Once work has been completed, the BSA will aid in testing to confirm that the delivered system modifications meet the original specifications provided, documentation, and communication of releases.

A BS in Information Systems or a related discipline or equivalent job experience, an ability to write concisely, precisely, and minimally when detailing out specifications and proficiency in MS Office applications, most importantly Excel are required.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Agile and Scrum and an understanding of SDLC.  Knowledge of ConnectWise and/or IBM Control Desk is a plus.

Project Manager

The Project Manager at Evolve IP is responsible for all aspects of the implementation of the company’s cloud service offerings, coordinating the efforts of Evolve IP associates, partners, and customers to ensure a quick and accurate delivery of services. Serving as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the implementation process, the Project Manager works closely with customers to understand their vision for the services they have ordered and collaborates with Evolve IP’s service activation teams to ensure that those services are configured and delivered to customers according to the specifications.

An Evolve IP project manager is detail oriented, has strong people skills and the ability prioritize work to ensure that all timeframes and deadlines are met. Prior experience in Unified Communications and/or Cloud Computing is a plus.

Billing Associate

Evolve IP is seeking a Billing Associate to provide support for all aspects of the company’s billing operations and ensuring that all services provided to customers are billed accurately and in a timely manner.

The Billing Associate is a role that is tailor made for someone who has the natural ability to understand workflow and dataflow structures. The role of a Billing Associate requires someone who is detail oriented, possesses excellent time management skills, and can juggle multiple projects at once. A desire to work in a fast-paced environment within the technology sector, and  the ability to prioritize work to ensure that all time frames are met, are requirements of the job.
