West Goshen Named One of America’s Best Places To Live By ‘Money Magazine’

Money Magazine recently placed West Goshen at the front of their Best Places to Live 2015 rankings for southeastern Pennsylvania and among the Top 25 nationwide.

In West Goshen, nearly-six-figure median incomes and job growth approaching double digits combine with “attractive parks, top schools, affordable property taxes and plenty of events organized for the tight-knit community” of 22,541, plus a unique local attraction in the American Helicopter Museum and easy access to the King of Prussia Mall, West Chester and Philadelphia.

Specifically, the median West Goshen resident makes $91,432 a year and pays $4,562 in property taxes on a $333,375 home while working a local company that enjoys 8 percent job growth. QVC, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and A. Duie Pyle have headquarters in the small township.
