A premier 6,800 sq ft flex condo unit on Synder Avenue in West Chester, just seconds from Route 202, was purchased by an affiliate of Pennsy Corporation, a West Chester-based privately held leader in the design, engineering and distribution of specialized products to the freight car industry globally.
Pennsy Corp, whose products are known throughout the freight rail industry for improving freight car component life and performance, had detailed space requirements and a pending deadline for finding the right location.
