Software Developer/Web Developer

Progressive Business Publications in Malvern is seeking a Web Developer who is eCommerce savvy to contribute skill and creativity to projects that deliver competitive advantage to the business. Once hired, the Web Developer will participate in all phases of the development of proprietary software applications including business analysis, requirements definition, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support, and work with technology and business leadership to continuously improve our development environment to achieve higher quality.

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, and at least 2 years experience with a record of unique contribution and success. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in both technical and non-technical settings, is essential.

Email Marketing Leader

Progressive Business Publications is seeking an Email Marketing Leader who is a self-starter with a deep understanding of the email channel metrics, inbox delivery, conversions and the tools and systems necessary for email marketing success. The Email Marketing Leader will lead email strategy across several product groups, including audience segmentation, content and messaging, email design, and campaign execution, leading to increased inbox delivery and conversions.

The qualified applicant must have a BA/BS degree, at least 5 years experience and successful business performance in mid-sized entrepreneurial environment, preferably for a publishing, e-commerce or direct marketing company.

Marketing Administrator-Webinar Division

Progressive Business Publications in Malvern is looking for a highly organized Marketing Administrator. The administrator will perform market research to identify customer needs, translate customer needs into webinar topics and training programs, recruit and network with high-level webinar presenters and instructors, and write compelling email marketing copy that generates customer sign ups.

The qualified applicant will have the ability to demonstrate understanding of and satisfy customer needs, the ability to write persuasive marketing copy/conduct research, and the ability to juggle multiple projects/deadlines with attention to detail.
