AllianceAlliance Pharma, a Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetic (DMPK) and bioanalytical services for both small and large molecules, has five openings in their Malvern location.

  • Biological Sample Coordinator: Responsibilities include biological sample receiving, sample recording and inventory preparation, sample organization, sample receipt confirmation, client communication, sample shipping and sample storage monitoring. Full understanding of regulatory compliance, adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidance and internal SOPs, cooperation with QA, management, colleagues and clients are required.
  • Laboratory Technician: Perform routine laboratory work entailing sample receiving, sample extraction and analysis using LC-MS/MS, or ELISA, data processing, report writing, instrument maintenance, in vitro metabolism work and daily lab organization. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biochemistry. Knowledge of SAS and/or SigmaPlot is a plus.
  • Senior Scientist or Post-Doctoral Fellow: We are currently seeking a Sr. Scientist or an industrial Post-Doctoral Fellow to conduct immunoassay and cell based assay research work in our laboratory. Ph.D. in relevant scientific discipline of immunology, cell biology, biochemistry, etc is required.
  • Quality Assurance Specialist: Advanced knowledge in specific compliance disciplines (GLP, GCP), knowledge of the drug development process, regulation awareness and scientific terminology, knowledge of SOPs and related documentation in a regulated industry are required. Qualified candidate must have a minimum of two years of Quality Assurance (QA) and GLP bioanalytical experiences in the CRO industry and possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Senior Scientist (Bioanalytical): Perform analysis of biological samples to support drug discovery & development for potential drug candidates such as bioanalytical method development, method validation & sample analysis using LC-MS/MS and ELISA. Candidate must possess a Master’s degree or higher in chemistry, biochemistry or other relevant scientific discipline with 3 years hands on CRO-based bioanalytical industry experience. Knowledge of the drug development process, scientific terminology, SOPs and related documentation in a regulated industry is required.

  • Accounting Manager: Responsibilities of this position include maintenance of the company’s financial and production operations information in its ERP system, completion of the company’s monthly financial close process and preparation of the company’s monthly financial reporting.

  • Senior Specialist I–Clinical Supplies Packaging Manager: The Clinical Supplies Packaging Manager must coordinate with packaging operations to ensure study package and labeling feasibility is conducted to meet the customers’ requirements and ensure product availability for worldwide distribution. The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Science, Biology/Chemistry, Engineering or Business Administration and a minimum of 6 years in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience.
  • Sr. Quality Specialist: The Quality Specialist is responsible for providing quality assurance activities and services to the Clinical Supplies Platform, and ensuring that all clinical supply activities comply with current regulations, domestically and internationally. The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g. Certified Pharmacy Technician) in Science or Engineering, and at least 3 years of cGMP experience. Electronic quality/document management system experience required.
  • Packaging Technician: The ideal candidate will lead or participate in primary packaging, secondary packaging and assembly of investigational product and warehousing activity for domestic and international clinical trials. The optimal candidate must have two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and must be familiar with good manufacturing practices and/or standard procedures for a pharmaceutical packaging or manufacturing operation.
