Senior Construction Manager

The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for supporting contractor selection, subcontractor selection & stewardship, establishing processes and procedures, assisting with construction management phase scoping and execution plans, and building the project/program team including sub consultants.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 20 years of industry experience with at least 10 years managing large scale pipeline, oil & gas and/or petrochem projects. A B.S. degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience and education is required. The qualified applicant must be able to read and understand the requirements of building plans & specifications, have a strong knowledge of construction means, methods and procedures.

Geotechnical Engineer

The Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for the organization and performance of the field investigation, performance of the associated engineering analyses under the PE’s guidance, preparation of the geotechnical report and will work with design teams to incorporate geotechnical aspects into site designs.

A B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with EIT is required and M.S. in geotechnical Engineering is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate experience with, or possess the ability to readily learn, earthwork and foundation construction observation. Experience with CAD is strongly desired.

Recruiter

This corporate Recruiter based in Exton will be an integral part of company’s recruiting team and will help guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.

A minimum 4 years of professional staffing and recruiting experience in a consulting firm as a corporate recruiter or recruiting coordinator and a minimum of 1-3 years of full lifecycle recruiting is required. The optimal candidate must have a familiarity with HR labor laws and recruiting for candidates requiring VISA assistance and have an intermediate understanding of advertising, networking, social media, and recruiting industry trends.
