Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the necessary company resources and other internal and external participants and/or elements needed to complete the project as envisioned. Duties include planning and tracking project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, meeting and coordinating with project stakeholders on a regular basis, and working with the finance group and other stakeholders on the development of and subsequent adherence to project budgets.

A BS/BA in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or other equivalent field is required for this position. The qualified applicant must have 3 years recent relevant experience with increasing project management responsibilities and have advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant plays an integral role each month in the Line System financial close with responsibility for managing the balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness and ensuing the finance team completes the month end close processes. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will review credit applications from new customers, managing outside collections efforts with collection agency and collection law firm, and managing monthly transactional tax payments and other various tax returns generated by customer billing system.

A Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minimum of five years of relevant practical work experience is required as is a . knowledge of software applications including MS Office, Excel, and Word. The person applying for this position must have good presentation skills and have evidence of good research and analytical skills.

Tier 1 Team Lead

The Tier 1 Team Lead interacts with customers via phone and maintains ownership of all unresolved problems referred to them and provide assistance to the Tier 1 Client Care Representatives. The position provides general support and assistance to internal and external customers, walk the floor to observe the successful job performance of all staff members, bring all deviations to the attention of the manager, and coach/mentor representatives where appropriate.

The qualified applicant must have 2 – 3 years call center and customer contact experience and at least one year telecommunications experience. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently, have the ability to coach individuals and be able to negotiate toward resolution of issues.
