Dell Plugs Into Exton Firm’s Internet Of Things Vision

The flow of powerful new Internet of Things ideas from Dell customers is headed for Exton-based ThingWorx thanks to a just-announced new partnership.

Innovators can now leverage the Dell-Intel Internet of Things Lab in Silicon Valley with ThingWorx’s rapid application development platform to simplify and streamline new Internet of Things apps, according to a statement by Dell.

“Our customers today are seeing true business value in the Internet of Things, which is occupying a prominent place on their digital business agenda,” Dell Digital Business Services Executive Director and Global Head Raman Sapra said in the article.

The partnership is expected to reduce the time, cost and risk of building IoT apps in healthcare, manufacturing, banking and other industries.
