An office complex site adjacent to the Paoli Train Station is being offered up for sale by Palmer Group Properties to be potentially redeveloped as a transit-oriented apartment project.

The office complex, called Station Square, would have to see all its four buildings demolished in order to make way for new development. A developer could build up to 135 apartments on the site, or even increase that number by seeking an approval for more density.

The listed price is about $9 million, a number that has generated interest not only from local firms but also from developers from outside the area.

Whitehouse Laboratories announced the renewal of its partnership with Genesis Packaging Technologies, a leader in the science and technology of pharmaceutical vial processing, handling and sealing.

As part of the formal agreement, Whitehouse Laboratories will continue to offer two key services that are critical to container closure testing, method development, and validation, while Genesis team members will work on-site at Whitehouse Laboratories to give expert advice on leak testing programs to provide optimal capping solutions.
