Exton-based Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI), a developer of commercial software for designing, developing and operating missions within the space and national defense communities, has the following three Chester County jobs offered on their career page.

Systems Engineer

This System Engineer will occupy a key technical role supporting customers around the world and develop expertise in AGI’s STK family of products. Once hired, the System Engineer will assist and train customers on the use of those products, contribute to technical content generation, and provide regular product feedback to AGI product management and software development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Aerospace preferred) or Computer Science with knowledge of orbital mechanics, space systems, satellite operations, and mission planning. Client-facing skills, strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Business Development Lead

The Business Development Lead role demands someone with a passion for new challenges and strong strategic sales, negotiation, and revenue generating skills to identify and execute new business opportunities. Responsibilities of the Business Development Lead include prospecting, developing and executing key partnerships with a new business focus to drive sales and build pipelines outside of AGI’s core Space & Defense markets.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to work with a fast paced, rapidly changing development team and should have at least one year experience in monetizing open source technology. Ideally, 5-10 years software sales or business development leadership experience is required for this position as is a proven track record of enterprise and new business sales success and effective deal-making.

UX Designer

AGI needs help designing the apps and UX for the future of 3D globes. They’re looking for a designer to contribute to new web applications built using cutting-edge tools and our open-source WebGL engine. The UX Designer will own the user experience and work closely with the development team, create simple and elegant designs for web apps/ websites using responsive design for desktop and mobile.

The optimal candidate should have a knack for identifying the essence of a complex workflow and creating a UX that feels natural to novice users. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position The candidate must be very comfortable with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap, working with open-source software, and be a clear/concise writer. Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Gimp, and/or other art tools is preferred.
