Frontline Technologies Announces Purchase of My Learning Plan

Frontline Technologies will be expanding its product offerings. The Malvern company, which is a leading provider of human resource software for K-12 education, has announced on Monday that it has purchased My Learning Plan, provider of professional growth and management tools for K-12 educators.

“Adding the MyLearningPlan products now allows us to offer a nearly comprehensive suite of best-of-breed products built specifically for the K-12 HR market,” said Frontline Technologies Managing Partner Michael Blackstone.

My Learning Plan was founded in 1999 and served over 1,000 U.S. customers with its suite of tools, including MyLearningPlan Oasys, an educator evaluation system, a professional development management system and a host of professional learning tools.

Frontline Technologies Managing Partner Roland Thompson commented, “Our teams have long admired each other’s intuitive products and focus on outstanding service, making this an acquisition we believe will be hugely beneficial for our customers.

My Learning Plan Chief Strategy Officer Elizabeth Combs added, “My Learning Plan has always focused first and foremost on enhancing student learning through educator growth, and we can’t wait to see this vision expand as part of Frontline’s bigger offerings for school districts.” Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
