Interim Nurse Manager

How’s your bed side manner? If exemplary, Genesis Healthcare, in Kennett Square, may be looking for you.

A full-time Interim Nurse Manager is being sought to fulfill an immediate opening. The possible candidate should be able to prepare well laid out plans depending on the situation. The person for this position will travel to different nursing centers to perform systems/process assessments, design new systems/processes, and organize implementation plans. The applicant will also be teaching and mentoring.

Some responsibilities include participating in development and on-going evaluation of clinical priorities in the assigned center, monitoring the usefulness of care delivery processes, and audit outcome reports to identify problems/trends with recommendations for better outcomes. The right person for this position must have the ability to work well with others as he/she will be performing a variety of duties with Managers, Clinical Operations, and Director of Operations.

A Bachelors Degree or RN, and a minimum of two years experience working as a Director of Nursing in the long term care environment is required for this position.

Telesales Employee

Softmart is currently looking for skilled telesales employees to expand its call center teams. Offices are located in Downingtown, PA, and Tinton Falls, NJ.

There are a variety of responsibilities that the candidate will perform on a daily basis. The team is responsible for communicating with business-to-business accounts with a desire to generate leads for Softmart’s Microsoft Cloud Services team.

Having excellent communication skills is important for this position as is a comfort level talking on the phone.

Clinical Quality Administrator

You don’t just need a job, you need to be part of a village. After all, it takes a village. Village Health, that is, where employees are treated like family.

Village Health is looking for a Clinical Quality Administrator in Malvern. This position will contribute in coordinating clinical resources in delivery of quality cost effective care to the members of Village Health. The possible candidate will develop training programs and be a team leader and help implement changes to achieve better clinical outcomes.

One of the main focuses of this position will be to train new Village Health nurses in multiple skills to meet Village Health’s high standard of care. The Administrator will also coach, train, and mentor team members with certain tasks.

The ideal candidate must have a A.D.N degree from an accredited nursing school, a B.S. degree preferred, a current in-state RN license as well as three years experience working in clinical nursing. The applicant must have basic computer skills and be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
