An acquisition of the clinical supplies division of a large local pharmaceutical company has brought a North Dakota-based supply chain solutions company to the Great Valley Corporate Center in Malvern.
Clinical Supplies Management just signed off on a 22,500-square-foot office and warehouse lease with Liberty Property Trust in order to gain access to its clients in the Tri-State submarket, according to a press release from Colliers International, which orchestrated the deal.
The new two-story operating center for CSM is nestled in “a bucolic setting with modern amenities and conveniences” that are bundled with the Chester County Keystone Innovation Zone.
