Investors Flip The Switch For Growth At Zonoff In Malvern

Like the flip of a switch, $32 million in fresh investment is powering new growth for a Malvern company that makes software to control trendy new ‘smart home’ appliances, and the influx of cash will pay the salaries of more Chester County talent, according to a Region’s Business report.

Zonoff has produced software like the Staples Connect home automation app.

“Everything from connected light switches and light bulbs to thermostats and door locks to sensors and cameras,” CEO Mike Harris said in the article. “We’re the software that’s behind the scenes.”

And he doesn’t mind staying out of the spotlight, dealing with the management hub and control apps while the big brands battle to sell the actual hardware.
