Though no details were provided on the specifics of their resolution to the $1 million billing dispute between a Coca-Cola subsidiary and USA Technologies, the Malvern-based cashless payment provider announced early this week that the two partners will move forward in their business relationship with the matter settled.
“For more than 10 years, Coca-Cola Refreshments and USA Technologies, Inc. have collaborated to drive the use of cashless payment in the vending industry,” a Coca-Cola Refreshments spokesperson said in a recent Business Wire report.
In the announcement, USA Tech CEO Stephen P. Herbert called Coke a valued, pioneering client, and Coca-Cola Refreshments labeled USA Tech as a valid, authorized Coke supplier to both the subsidiary and the broader Coca-Cola system.
