If you’re a fan of the King of Prussia Mall, take a look at the plans Malvern’s IMC Construction has posted for the 155,000 square-foot connector that will link The Plaza and The Court here.

Construction is underway and should be finished by fall 2016. There will be more than 60 new retailers, an upscale dining pavilion and an expanded parking deck.

IMC underwent a year of preconstruction and planning to minimize the impact on the shoppers and allow the mall to stay open throughout construction.

Some of IMC’s recent projects are an outpatient medical facility for Penn Medicine Bucks County, a corporate office for Trammell Crow Company in Malvern, and Cherry Ridge Apartments in Limerick.

IMC is a 35-year-old construction company providing a full range of construction and real estate development consulting services.
