Want to take back your body?  CKO Kickboxing has opened a new gym in West Chester.

CKO West Chester is located at 176-178 Painters Crossing near the AMC Dine-In Movie Theatre at the intersection of Routes 1 and 202.  Read about the gym here.

“I love fitness,” said Abby DiPietro, owner. “I have a background in martial arts and competitive bodybuilding. I’m so excited about this.”

Those who do fitness kickboxing can burn up to 1,200 calories in an hour by punching and kicking a bag. CKO offers free trial classes.

CKO began in 1997 in Hoboken, N.J. as “Take It To The Max.” The franchise now has 40 national franchises and Entrepreneur Magazine lists it as one of America’s fastest growing franchises.

CKO is also opening franchise gyms in Virginia, New Jersey and California and Joe Andreula, president of the company, said his dream is to see a CKO Kickboxing franchise every 50 miles down the east coast.
