DLL Group of Wayne has launched Express Finance to help its diverse clients in many industries simplify the sales process from prospect, to quote, to a signed contract.

The global provider of asset based financial solutions said the mobile tool helps sales personnel reduce sales cycles and rack up more closed transactions.

The initial roll-out is taking place in the U.S. within the company’s small ticket business in the office technology and healthcare global business units, but DLL plans to extend the mobile application to other segments and countries.

Associated Imaging, an independent Sharp dealer, recently became the first DLL office technology customer to execute a transaction end-to-end with electronic signature on a mobile device.  Eric Lundquist, vice president at Associated Imaging, said the App gives them a competitive advantage and more opportunities to visit customers and determine if they can upgrade the customer to new equipment.

“The development of Express Finance is the result of a collaborative process with our customers to re-imagine the sales process by using mobile technology,” said Scott Phelps, vice president of DLL E-Commerce. “Features include providing multiple quotes at one time, a ‘solve for’ capability and document capture.”
