Victory Brewing Offers A Cold One To Virginia Beer Drinkers

By

Victory Brewing Co. is expanding outside of Pennsylvania for the first time, with plans of opening its fourth location in northern Virginia in 2016, according to a recent article in the Philadelphia Business Journal.

As seen in the rendering above, the brewpub, called “Victory at Courthouse Square”, will occupy three floors of the new building in Leesburg, Virginia. Groundbreaking is planned for late 2014, according to Loudoun Times.

This fourth Victory brewpub, preceded by Downingtown, Parkesburg, and Kennett Square will feature a 300-seat restaurant and an upper-level terrace for outdoor dining. Similar to the model in Kennett Square, this new space will be equipped with a full-service brewhouse offering the opportunity to create new, site-specific recipes and customized beers for special events.

Courthouse Square is a development by L4 Capital Partners, a Reston, VA.-based real estate and development firm. It will be comprised of 112,000 square feet of office and retail space and a 336 space parking garage.
