Stephen Browning Joins Weston Solutions, Inc.

Stephen E. Browning is now senior vice president of federal programs at Weston Solutions, Inc. in West Chester.

Browning, who has led global capital improvement programs, will lead strategic marketing and client development as the employee-owned company increases its federal client base.

Browning has more than 25 years of successful international program management, and engineering, environmental and construction experience. He was most recently senior vice president in the national governments client sector at CH2M Hill. There he expanded the firm’s infrastructure, facilities and energy services. Browning was also an executive at MWH Global where he led capital improvement programs valued at over $8B and a strategic planning process that resulted in unprecedented growth.

In his 20 years in federal service Browning held senior-level posts in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He led the corp’s $12 billion worldwide military programs, with notable achievements recognized by the Presidential Meritorious Rank Award.
