Blaise Hall is new director of finance at Malvern’s Y-Prime, Inc., a premier eClinical products and consulting company.

Hall will lead the company’s financial processes, including financial reporting, revenue forecasting and budgeting.  A finance expert with more than 15 years of experience in clinical research and pharmaceutical finance, Hall has a track record of taking lead responsibility for project finances, divisions, strategic deals and corporate acquisitions.

Hall joins Y-Prime after a seven-year run at ICON plc, a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. He was senior manager of finance, strategic analysis and partner innovation. He also was finance lead as the company acquired and integrated Aptiv Solutions.

Hall was also formerly senior manager for financial reporting at Orthovita Inc., a Malvern company that manufacturers and markets orthobiologic and biosurgery products.
