Citadel Focuses On Community Service And Customer Satisfaction

By

Citadel employee volunteers have stuffed 40 backpacks filled with school supplies to be donated to clients of Community Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) and Maternal & Child Health Consortium (MCHC) of West Chester.

Citadel began its partnerships with CVIM and MCHC in 2005. Each year, employees stuff backpacks to be delivered to area school children who might not otherwise have adequate supplies for the school year.

One of the largest financial institutions headquartered in the region, Citadel will this fall opening new branches in Audubon, Glen Mills and Pottstown.  The credit union grew 4 percent in 2013 and appears to be focused on keeping and attracting new customers with special events such as sweepstakes, advertised on the Citadel blog.

In other Citadel news, until Aug. 25 the company is running a sweepstakes with chances to win an Apple iPad. Customers need only fill out an index card entry at Citadel branches.

The Phoenixville branch is also running a loan promotion sweepstakes through Sept. 15.  Those who apply for any type of loan at the Phoenixville branch may take a chance on winning a 32-inch LG LED TV worth $219.

Also, those who use their Citadel platinum credit or debit card two times a week from now until Oct. 26 have the chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Chicago and a 60-second shopping spree in a CURewards® warehouse.
