By the end of the year, two more retail businesses will be open at the Exton Square Mall, one of the coolest indoor places in the county this summer.

F&F, an international fashion label that offers a broad range of affordable fashion for men, women and children will open this fall along with Flormar, which bills itself as the voice of experience in the world of beauty and offers affordable, high quality cosmetics.

Both of these tenants have a strong international presence.

ChescoBusinessToday also recently reported a Dave Magrogan Italian restaurant called Red Star Craft House, inspired by Magrogan’s Stella Rossa but with some more American aspects, will be open at the mall this fall.

The mall has a brand new web site listing special events for kids, art exhibits, and offering a link to the PREIT Malls app to help with shopping and dining.

PREIT, the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust and owner of the mall, also recently announced some changes for its Moorestown Mall. Erdonand Zeyzani, as well as the area’s first Orangetheory Fitness, will be operating in their new locations by the end of the year. The new shops and the premier fitness studio will be a part of the mall’s new “Boutique Row,” a segment of high-end, luxury retailers geared toward the fashion-forward, affluent shopper.

In addition, PREIT has also signed a lease with Magrogan to open a Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar (“Harvest”) at the Moorestown Mall by the end of the year.

PREIT is working toward transforming the Moorestown Mall into a very inclusive and desirable shopping and dining destination. PREIT owns and operates over 30 million square feet of space in properties in 12 states in the eastern half of the United States, most in the Mid-Atlantic region.
