Citadel is putting financial priorities into practice by partnering with the Coatesville Youth Initiative to teach and model financial savvy.

Forty at-risk, low-income youth between the ages of 14 and 18 are getting a paid summer job and important financial lessons like Citadel’s hour-and-a-half primer on budgeting, setting short- and long-term goals and saving for them, and writing and recording checks.
