The Chamber unanimously endorsed Warren Kampf in the 157th Legislative District and Duane Milne in the 167th Legislative District. The general election is Tuesday, Nov. 4.

“Rep. Kampf is not alone in his vision to create economic growth,” said Guy Ciarrocchi, president and CEO of the Chamber. ”We will stand with him and fight to make Chester County Pennsylvania’s best place to live and work.”

Kampf said he is proud to have earned the endorsement of the CCCBI and the 800 employers it represents.

“One of my top priorities has been to help job creators spark economic growth for our families and this endorsement shows the policies I have supported are helping that happen,” Kampf said.

The 157th Legislative District includes Phoenixville as well as Schuylkill, Treddyffrin, Lower Providence and West Norriton townships in Chester and Montgomery counties.

As for Milne, Ciarrocchi said he is a lifelong county resident who knows what it takes to keep Chester County one of the best places to live and work in Pennsylvania.

“Rep. Milne is an advocate for business in the region and that is what we try to represent to our membership as a whole,” Ciarrocchi said.

“I am delighted to have earned the endorsement of the Chamber,” Milne said. “It is particularly meaningful because I have tremendous respect for the Chamber as an organization and all the individual business leaders who belong to it, and contribute their time, talent and resources to making the Chamber such an effective pro-business organization. I look forward to working with the Chamber as we continue to position Chester County as one of the best locales in the entire nation to do business and provide a high quality of life to the employees of the businesses.”

The 167th Legislative District includes Malvern as well as Charlestown, East Pikeland, East Whiteland, Easttown, West Whiteland and Willistown townships in Chester County.
