Omega Design Corp. of Exton recently introduced students from Owen J. Roberts High School to the world of manufacturing through a tour of the design, manufacture, service and support of its pharmaceutical and health care packaging machinery.

“We are always looking for ways to partner within the community, especially for causes as vital as preparing the regional workforce of tomorrow,” said Omega President Glenn Siegele in a Daily Local News report.

The visit was part of an initiative organized by the Manufacturers Alliance of Chester and Delaware Counties that seeks to expose youth to the variety of manufacturing job opportunities and the industry’s importance to the regional economy.
