West Whiteland’s newest housing development will soon sprout 86 new carriage homes in its former Waterloo Gardens site, according to an announcement by West Whiteland Township.

The neighborhood will reflect the style of the nearby Woodledge community plus 25 acres of planned open green space, if area residents and the township board of supervisors approve the proposed residential-only development by BET Investments; a public sketch plan review is expected to be scheduled soon.

The development plan includes the extension of Waterloo Blvd. to connect with Business Route 30 but not BET’s six acres right on the highway.
