Three Chester County businesses recently committed to move to Wayne’s newly redeveloped CrossPoint at Valley Forge business complex.
With the addition of leases for law firm Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith of Berwyn, health management firm Medecision of Chesterbrook and investment firm Conestoga Capital Advisors of Radnor, the 258,000 square feet within CrossPoint’s pair of four-story buildings is now 81 percent occupied, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports.
Owners Davis Cos. and MIM-Hayden Real Estate Funds previously attracted leases from Teleflex Inc., Rovi Corp. and ColdLight Solutions after investing $19 million into the development and addition of on-site amenities like a large fitness center, cafe and lounge area.
