Victory Brewing Founder Pleased With Parkesburg Brewhouse

By

What does Bill Covaleski, co-founder and brewmaster at Victory Brewing think about his company’s new Parkesburg Brewhouse?

According to Philadelphia Business Journal, he could not be more pleased. Here’s what Covaleski is quoted as saying in the April 11th edition of the Philadelphia business paper:

“We started tests in late October. We were fully operational by November. We’re making bottled beer there. We’re looking for better market penetration in the mid-Atlantic and Philadelphia markets. We’re in no desperate need to reach capacity — we’ll fill it as the audience permits. We’re now in Alabama, Kentucky and Arizona — 35 states in all. We’re looking at Missouri. Mostly we’re proud to be using Pennsylvania labor, Pennsylvania water and Pennsylvania expertise.”
