Bryn Mawr College
Bryn Mawr College is a private women’s liberal arts college established in 1885 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. It is one of the Seven Sisters colleges and was the first in the U.S. to offer women graduate degrees, including doctorates.
The college offers over 35 undergraduate majors and coeducational graduate programs in arts and sciences, as well as social work. Its 135-acre campus, designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux, is noted for its Collegiate Gothic architecture and arboretum status.
Bryn Mawr is part of the Tri-College Consortium with Haverford and Swarthmore Colleges, promoting academic collaboration.
