Oil Boom Brings New Leadership Position For West Chester’s Schramm
West Chester-based Schramm Inc. is looking to drill deeply into the shale oil and gas boom, and it has created a brand new leadership position to help strike the perfect combination of performance and new technology.
The man hired to fill Schramm’s new COO position is veteran business developer Bobby Bryan, a former vice president for National Oilwell Varco, Inc.
“We believe he will be a tremendous asset to our strategy for growth,” Schramm President and CEO Ed Breiner said in a Oil and Gas Investor report. “As innovation continues to extend the shale boom here at home and abroad, demand for advanced modern rigs and technologies are at an all-time high. We welcome Bobby to this pivotal position and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.”
Bryan has already credited Schramm with “world-class innovations and cutting-edge technologies” that have produced products that are a “true differentiator in shale pad drilling,” according to the article, and looks forward to leading the company in its next phase.
