ID Supports Coordinator

This position will facilitate, coordinate, and monitor services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include assessing individual needs, developing and coordinating service plans, making referrals, and ensuring services are delivered effectively. Coordinators also maintain detailed records, monitor progress, and collaborate with families, providers, and other agencies.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and a background in social services or a related field. Candidates should have experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities, along with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Autopsy Technician – Part Time

This position requires working directly with deceased individuals in all states of decomposition, dismemberment, and skeletal remains. Responsibilities include scheduling autopsies and other exams, assisting pathologists with autopsies, photography, and DNA samples, and coordinating release of bodies to funeral homes and transport of bodies between facilities. Other duties involve maintaining the chain of custody for evidence and ensuring morgue facilities and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or certification and training in the field. Candidates should be able to work in a clinical, high-sensitivity environment, including exposure to biohazards and emotionally challenging situations. Additionally, candidates should have technological skills, strong attention to detail, and be knowledgeable with county policies.

Compensation Analyst

This position is responsible for a variety of complex technical and generalist duties within the Human Resources Department in support of the county’s compensation programs that include, but are not limited to, performing market research, evaluating and auditing job classifications and positions, and assisting with the maintenance of all compensation structures. Duties include maintaining and analyzing job descriptions for each position in the organization, interviewing and surveying employees, and assisting management with monitoring changes in applicable state, federal, and local employment regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and five years’ of job-related experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of FLSA, state wage and hour, and compensation best practices, and knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Being accurate and detail-oriented, with strong project management and the ability to work with minimal supervision is preferred.
