The Landmark at Dublin, a new luxury apartment community in the heart of the borough, is celebrating its grand opening on Friday, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.
Keystone Partners Group, Suburban City Group and Milex Construction will host borough officials for the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new four-story complex, located across the street from the Dublin Village Center.
The Landmark, being referred to as “a new era in luxury living” by project officials, features 78 luxury apartments and 15,000 square feet of commercial space.
“Landmark at Dublin reflects our vision for a community that blends luxury living with local spirit,” said Michael DeMaio of Milex Construction. “We believe in Bucks County, we believe in local, and we’re proud to deliver this project in just one year.”
Future residents can choose from studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units offered at competitive starting rates. Project officials noted that leasing activity has remained strong, with prospective tenants leasing units even while construction is still underway.
Limited-time incentives at the complex include a homeowner transition program, aimed at supporting those who want to “rightsize” and experience life in a fully managed, lifestyle-driven community.
