The highly anticipated Netflix House in King of Prussia Mall is set to open later this year, and the first wave of attractions has been revealed, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The immersive venue will launch with two major experiences based on popular Netflix series: Wednesday and One Piece. Visitors can step into a spooky school carnival in “Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts,” while “One Piece: Quest for the Devil Fruit” will send guests on a race to beat the Straw Hat Pirates to a powerful treasure, dodging villains along the way.
Other features include a themed nine-hole mini golf course inspired by Netflix shows, a virtual reality zone powered by Sandbox VR, and the Tudum Theater, which will screen content, host trivia nights, and feature appearances from Netflix talent.
There will also be a casual restaurant and bar, Netflix Bites, along with a retail space selling show-themed merchandise.
Netflix confirmed that attractions will rotate every six to eight months to keep the experience fresh. The King of Prussia location is one of the first Netflix House sites in the world, chosen for the mall’s high foot traffic and proximity to Philadelphia.
