Craft & Mercantile Night Markets Return to River Station This Summer

Enjoy live music, local vendors, food trucks, family fun, and summer magic under the stars at the Craft & Mercantile Night Markets.

River Station and Growing Roots Partners are excited for the return of Craft & Mercantile to River Station in Downingtown this summer, Jun. 20 and Jul. 18 from 5:00-8:30 PM.

The beloved free night market will feature an impressive lineup of over 30 local vendors, live entertainment, food trucks, handcrafted local goods, and family-friendly activities for guests of all ages.

Friday, Jun. 20 

  • Live Music: Local Honey 
  • Food Trucks: Good Girls on the Go, Extra Rice 
  • Beverages: East Branch Brewing Company, Dressler Estate 
  • Dessert: Scrape & Scoop Ice Cream 
  • Family Activities: Free face painting and balloon art 

Friday, Jul. 18

  • Live Music: John Bickel Trio 
  • Food Trucks: Good Girls on the Go, Nacho Depot 
  • Beverages: East Branch Brewing Company, Dressler Estate 
  • Dessert: Scrape & Scoop Ice Cream 
  • Family Activities: Free face painting and balloon art 

In addition, a special attraction at both markets is live portrait drawing by Artist Laura Stockdale, offering personalized keepsakes for $15 per portrait. The first seven portraits each evening are offered free of charge. 

The popular Mercantile Passport returns by popular demand, offering visitors a fun way to explore all the market has to offer. Participants can complete various check-ins throughout the evening (visiting vendors, sharing on social media, sampling refreshments, and exploring River Station) for chances to win curated gift baskets of local goods. Passports are available at the Growing Roots Info Tent starting at 5:00 PM each evening.
