Vintner’s Table offers Phoenixville residents an authentic Italian dining experience perfect for any wine lover, writes Ed Williams for Main Line Today.
The tasting room was started by Andrea and Marco Folino, who own Folino Estate Winery in Kutztown. They offer wines made from Folino Estate’s 23,544 grapevines, along with a food menu and Italian-inspired interiors complete with intricate tilework and cozy lighting.
Wine flights are available for $17 and include tastings of any four Folino Estate wines. Wines include a stainless steel-aged sauvignon blanc and a savory pinot noir, among several other whites and reds, in addition to two rosés and two sparkling wines.
In addition to the extensive wine menu, Vintner’s also features a variety of food menu items, including charcuterie boards and “piccolini,” smaller plates listed with a suggested wine pairing. Charcuterie items are sourced directly from Italy, including red wine goat cheese, prosciutto di Parma, and house-marinated olives.
The tasting room’s food menu also includes sandwiches, antipasti, and flatbreads, which can be made gluten free.
After entrées and wine tasting, Vintner’s also features a dessert menu, with tiramisu, cannoli, and gelato sourced from Gemelli, a gelato shop with locations in Phoenixville and West Chester.
