
Jeannine Cimino has been named Regional President and Senior Vice President at Mid Penn Bank.
Cimino, who previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer at William Penn Bank, will continue in a leadership role with Mid Penn following its recent acquisition of William Penn.
Cimino has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. At William Penn, she led a network of 13 financial centers and oversaw retail banking, private banking, mortgage services, and sales. She also held senior leadership positions at Santander Bank, First Choice Bank, and Berkshire Bank. With her customer-first approach and extensive industry knowledge, Cimino has built trusted relationships with clients and communities across central and southern New Jersey.
In her role at Mid Penn, Cimino will lead retail and commercial initiatives across the region. She will focus on delivering consistent service, supporting local teams and driving business growth throughout central and southern New Jersey. Cimino will report to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer Scott Micklewright.

Cimino holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brooklyn College. She is an active member of the community, currently serving as chair of the boards of the Hamilton Partnership, the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Ryan’s Quest. She is a recipient of the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey Woman of Distinction Award and the RWJ Young Professional of the Year Award.
