Richard (Rick) Carson, AIF® and Partner at Brumbaugh Wealth Management, retired effective Nov. 29. Carson has been in the financial services industry for almost 40 years.

He founded Carson Choice Retirement Solutions, Inc. in 2006 to provide services for clients in the areas of retirement planning and investment management. In 2021, Carson merged his firm with Brumbaugh Wealth Management to increase the investment options available to clients.

“While this may mark the end of an era for myself, I am confident in the legacy and compassionate care and dedication to excellence Kim and her group at Brumbaugh Wealth Management provide to clients and their families,” Carson stated.

Kim Brumbaugh, Founder and Managing Partner of Brumbaugh Wealth Management, extends sincere congratulations to Carson on his retirement.

“I’m delighted for Rick’s well-deserved retirement as he enters the next chapter of his life with his lovely wife, Liz,” she said. “I’m honored to have known Rick for almost twenty-five (25) years. Carson Choice merged with Brumbaugh in 2021; with Rick’s retirement, we’ve officially purchased his practice which grows our services in 401k plans and health/group benefits.”
