The Resident Success Program at Safe Harbor of Chester County has gotten a funding boost with a $83,520 grant from the Foxwynd Foundation.

Safe Harbor of Chester County, which provides support to residents experiences homelessness, has received an $83,520 grant from the Foxwynd Foundation for its Resident Success Program.

The program provides critical resources to residents, empowering them for sustainable independence.

The funding will provide individualized case management, housing support, and skill-building services, helping residents gain the stability needed to rebuild their lives.

Pamela Villagra, executive director of the Foxwynd Foundation, expressed the foundation’s enthusiasm for partnering with Safe Harbor.

“This grant signifies more than just financial support; it represents a shared commitment to enhance access to essential pillars of human dignity such as housing, healthcare, and sustainability.

“The Foxwynd Foundation DAF funded the Foxwynd Foundation’s generous donation to Safe Harbor, underscoring our mission to support initiatives that foster community well-being and resilience.”

Ruby Abouraya, director of Business & Development for Safe Harbor, will oversee the implementation of the funds in alignment with the program’s strategic goals.

This partnership allows Safe Harbor to extend its impact within the community, offering a structured environment that helps men and women overcome the challenges of homelessness.
