Photographer and Educator Byron Wolfe will discuss his work on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 4:00 PM on the DCCC's Marple Campus.

The Gallery at Delaware County Community College (DCCC) will present the annual 215|610 CONTEMPORARY Juried Exhibition, featuring the work of 46 emerging artists living and working in and around the Philadelphia region, in the Gallery on the College’s Marple Campus (901 South Media Line Road, Media) from Nov. 4-Dec. 13.

Photographer and educator Byron Wolfe is the Jurist for the exhibition. His work is held in over 30 permanent collections around the world, including The George Eastman Museum, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Getty, and the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston. He is a Professor and Art Department Chair at Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and Architecture.

The purpose of the juried exhibition is to showcase local emerging contemporary artists, create a platform for critical discourse through an exchange of ideas, and push the boundaries of an age-old practice. On Thursday, Nov. 14 at 4:00 PM, Wolfe will discuss his personal work and practice in a special Juror’s Talk which is free and open to the public and will be presented both in-person and with a virtual option. Registration is strongly recommended. To register, visit DCCC
